She executed each step of the process with great competence, knowledge, and insight. She *always* made herself available both in person and via text/email/phone, for each step of the process starting with the pre-inspection, to the photo shoot, to the open house, to Buyers' inspections, etc. Communication was excellent, the advice she provided was stellar, and all the little things she went out of her way to be on top of were SO appreciated.

We especially appreciated Margaret's commitment to the ethics of the real estate profession (as part of her professional interests/involvement). For example, in some of our interviews with other prospective realtors, we didn't like some of the pressure tactics or other suggestions they had for selling the house quickly which didn't seem in our best interest.
